CCAH is excited to welcome new and returning participants to our Leaders-in-Training (LIT) Program! This program provides a dynamic and supportive environment for Black-identifying youth ages 12–16 to build leadership skills, gain hands-on experience, and explore their identity through culturally meaningful activities. Participants will engage in interactive workshops, creative projects, and real-world learning while developing confidence, teamwork, and a sense of belonging within a community that celebrates diverse cultures.
Program Dates: July 8 to August 21, 2026 (approximately 6.5 weeks). Each week will focus on key areas of leadership and personal development:
July 8-10: Camp Training & Leadership Foundations
July 13-17: Leadership, Career Mapping & Entrepreneurship
July 20-24: Financial Literacy & Civic Engagement
July 27-31: Arts, Digital Empowerment & Content Creation
August 4-7: Wellness & Cultural Exploration (NO PROGRAMMING AUGUST 3)
August 10-14: Camp Leadership Practicum & Community Engagement
August 17-21: Camp Leadership Practicum & Capstone Activities
Program Structure and Fee
Ages 12-16 (as of January 1, 2026), $65 for the full program
Please note that submitting the registration form does not guarantee a spot in the program. Spaces are limited and fill quickly. Families will be notified by email by April 17, 2026 if their participant has been offered a spot.
